At B&B Botanicals, we believe that in order to serve the customer best, we must be as clear and transparent as possible. We would never even think about trying to hide any of our policies, so we are going to lay out how we do returns and exchanges in clear language!
All refunds, exchanges, and returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
If our product arrived damaged or in unusable condition, we will pay for the return shipping and ship out a new product free of charge! We would never expect the customer to eat the cost for a mistake that was not their own. That being said, the return case must be within reason, please don’t waste our time if you have already started using the product you ordered!
If a customer buys a product from B&B and is not satisfied with the purchase, the customer can return the item for a full refund, as long as the product is unopened and unused. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and all return packages must be mailed to :
